We are seeking a highly qualified Medical Director for Employee Health (part-time) to lead clinical services and oversee employee health and safety across the health system.
This pivotal role focuses on occupational health, including injury prevention, infection control, and promoting employee well-being.
The Medical Director will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive health and safety protocols, providing direct clinical care, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Ideal candidates will have strong experience in occupational medicine, family medicine, or emergency medicine and a commitment to fostering a healthy, safe, and productive workplace.

- Oversee all clinical operations at six employee health offices to ensure high-quality patient care and experience
- Provides supervision to clinical staff within the department
- This position will have a mix of clinical and administrative responsibilities
- Develops, designs and implements occupational health programs for employees
- Develops and presents occupational health related education programs to employees and collaborating departments
- Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams on employee health and safety initiatives
