Position : Mental Health Therapist

Status : Full-time W2 Hourly Employee

Job Description : We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Mental Health Therapist. In this role, you will work under the supervision of a licensed therapist to provide direct counseling services to clients dealing with a range of mental health concerns.

You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and facilitate therapeutic interventions to support clients in achieving their goals.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct intake assessments and screenings to evaluate clients’ mental health needs
• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and supervisors
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches
• Monitor clients’ progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client sessions and progress notes
• Collaborate with other members of the treatment team to ensure holistic care for clients
• Stay informed about best practices and developments in the field of mental health therapy

Qualifications :

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field
• Eligibility for licensure or registration (MFT-I, CPC-I, LCPC, LCSW) as a mental health therapist in Nevada
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients
• Empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude towards clients
• Excellent communication and active listening skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Experience working or volunteering in a mental health setting is preferred but not required

Compensation :

• Expected annual wage $58,000 $78,000 dependent on experience and licensure.
• Compensation is determined on an hourly basis between Client Sessions and Administrative Work.
• Entitled to Paid Time Off (PTO) and Holiday pay.
• Eligible for annual raises and performance based bonuses.
