Pay : 105k-120k

  • MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
  • To oversee all phases of processing customer orders and correspondence, from price quoting through shipping final products, to maintain good customer relations.
  • To assist with managing production schedules to ensure that customer needs are met, issues are resolved, and products are shipped on time and efficiently.
  • Manage Customer Contracts / Bids ensuring company policy is met.
  • KEY AREAS OF ACTIVITY AND RESPONSIBILITY
  • Manages customer needs and requests through multiple means of communication, to effectively provide high levels of quality service and customer satisfaction.
  • Deliver accurate customer quotes / bids understanding costs and lead times
  • Determine and communicate T&C changes to the customer accurately.
  • Prepares monthly sales forecasts to ensure alignment with the Company’s strategic plans and financial goals.
  • Provides monthly forecasts, tie plate pricing, and quarterly scrap adjustments.
  • Utilizes understanding of customer order specifications to aid the Production department with production schedules and prioritizing manufacturing needs, to effectively produce results that are within budget, on time, and valued by customers.
  • Engage in S& OP process to ensure proper lead times and order planning to deliver OTD goals.
  • Attends various meetings and trainings, as required.
  • Performs other duties or responsibilities, as assigned.

  • SKILLS NEEDED
  • Ten (10) or more years of experience in related discipline.
  • Have strong contract language / writing skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with frequent deadlines; self-motivated and proactive.
  • Ability to work with employees at all levels of the organization and achieve cultural change in the face of potential resistance.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to exercise judgement.
  • Ability to train all levels of the organization, across all shifts of operation.
  • MEASUREMENT
