Job Description
We are looking for an organized and energetic Production Manager to join our team in Delray Beach, FL. This role will involve organizing employees to hit daily production goals and communicating priorities and progress with the team.
You will also be called upon to lend support with determining best practices for individual jobs to maximize production speed and minimize rework.
To succeed, you will need to have exemplary analytical and problem-solving capabilities and a real aptitude for detail. If you are excited by the prospect of joining a fantastic team, we want to hear from you.
Compensation : $95,000 yearly

- Production Schedule Adherence
- Safety Enforcement
- POOGI (Process of Ongoing Improvement)
- Overseeing Production Processes
- Managing staff levels and work teams
- Ensuring Labor Efficiency Metrics are achieved
Qualifications :
- Experience in the Production of Architectural Precast Concrete
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong project management skills
- Proven record in training employees about safety and production
- Ability to coach and motivate employees
