Solutions In-Home Care is recruiting for current WA ST Certified CNA's and HCA's who align to our Core Values to join our team! You will be working directly with patients, following a one-on-one care plan in the patients home.
You operate with a big heart, not only providing personalized and attentive care, but by building genuine relationships with those you serve.
You are detail-oriented, highly organized, and committed to creating a healthy environment that meets the patients needs.
Current open shifts
Mon-Fri 7am-3pm (must be able to transport!)
Sat-Sun 7am-3pm
Sat-Sun 8am-12pm
Competitive Base Compensation $19- $24 / hr

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist patients with daily activities such as moving in and out of bed, dressing, bathing, wheelchair, or automobiles
- Care for patients by changing bed linens, doing laundry, light housekeeping, assisting with personal care, plan / prepare meals / snacks
- Maintain records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems to report and discuss observations with supervisor
- Engage patients in exercises or other activities
- Build relationships with patients by conversing, games, or reading aloud to help keep them mentally healthy and alert
- Give medication reminders
QUALIFICATIONS
- Current WA State CNA or HCA Certification or currently enrolled in a HCA program.
- Instructor Lead CPR and First aid certification
- Food Handlers Card
- Prior Home Health experience is a plus
- Ability to adhere to all health and safety guidelines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Preferred Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
