Solutions In-Home Care is recruiting for current WA ST Certified CNA's and HCA's who align to our Core Values to join our team! You will be working directly with patients, following a one-on-one care plan in the patients home.

You operate with a big heart, not only providing personalized and attentive care, but by building genuine relationships with those you serve.

You are detail-oriented, highly organized, and committed to creating a healthy environment that meets the patients needs.

Current open shifts

Mon-Fri 7am-3pm (must be able to transport!)

Sat-Sun 7am-3pm

Sat-Sun 8am-12pm

Competitive Base Compensation $19- $24 / hr

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist patients with daily activities such as moving in and out of bed, dressing, bathing, wheelchair, or automobiles
• Care for patients by changing bed linens, doing laundry, light housekeeping, assisting with personal care, plan / prepare meals / snacks
• Maintain records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems to report and discuss observations with supervisor
• Engage patients in exercises or other activities
• Build relationships with patients by conversing, games, or reading aloud to help keep them mentally healthy and alert
• Give medication reminders

QUALIFICATIONS

• Current WA State CNA or HCA Certification or currently enrolled in a HCA program.
• Instructor Lead CPR and First aid certification
• Food Handlers Card
• Prior Home Health experience is a plus
• Ability to adhere to all health and safety guidelines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Preferred Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
• Compassionate, respectful, ethical
