In this role, you will oversee all aspects of the construction operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage all construction projects, from pre-construction to completion.
• Oversee project management teams and ensure effective communication among stakeholders.
• Develop and implement strategies for improving operational efficiency and quality control.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and resource allocation for multiple projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in construction.
• Proven leadership skills and experience managing teams.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
