About the Role :
LHH is partnering with a client to find an experienced IT Manager to oversee and enhance their information technology infrastructure.
This role involves managing network systems, developing and implementing software applications, leading a team of IT professionals, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and collaborating with various departments to align IT systems with business needs.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset to work effectively with all levels of the organization and external partners.
Key Responsibilities :
- Project Management : Lead IT projects from initiation through completion, ensuring they meet deadlines, stay within scope, and adhere to budget constraints.
- Policy Development : Create and implement IT policies and best practice guidelines for the organization.
- System Oversight : Maintain the functionality of critical technology systems, conduct regular audits, and provide operational reports to senior staff.
- Budgeting : Develop and manage IT budgets, negotiate with vendors, and oversee procurement to ensure cost-effective acquisition of technology resources.
- Team Management : Supervise and mentor IT staff, setting job expectations and assessing performance.
- System Maintenance : Oversee installation, maintenance, and security of computer systems, hardware, and networks.
- Help Desk Management : Ensure efficient support for all IT issues, utilizing tools to document, track, and resolve problems, and analyze help desk activities for performance improvements.
- Systems Development : Evaluate business needs and suggest technology solutions to streamline operations and enhance IT infrastructure.
- Security Management : Monitor and maintain system security, develop IT security policies, and establish disaster recovery protocols.
Education & Experience :
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Five years of IT experience with a progressive track record, including 2 to 4 years in a supervisory or management role.
- Previous experience in the construction industry is preferred but not required.

Work Schedule :
Flexibility to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
