Position Title : Business Analyst 3
Position Status : 6-month contract with rolling extensions
Schedule : HYBRID
Overview : Our clientis looking for a Business Analyst for a HYBRID position based out of Richmond, VA.
Responsibilities :
- The selected candidate must be proficient in Agile practices of story writing and requirements gathering.
- Able to deliver written project deliverables and communicate to stakeholders at all levels .
Requirements :
- 5 Years Proven working experience as a business systems analyst or medium to large projects.
- 5 Years Able to communicate and collaborate with agile delivery teams and other technical staff, business partners, and vendors.
- 5 Years Able to accurately define and capture project requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- 5 Years Able to write UAT test scripts from use cases and proficient in UAT testing.
- 5 Years Able to identify and document project risks and actions to mitigate risks.
- 5 Years Able to track requirements throughout lifecycle of SDLC cycle.
- 5 Years Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Suite, ADO, JIRA, and Confluence.
- 5 Years Analytical and able to use logic and reasoning to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, and approaches to problems.
- 5 Years Ability to meet deadlines with minimal direct supervision.
