Home Loan Specialist

We're hiring for a Home Loan Specialist! Start your career in mortgage operations with a team that values precision, service, and growth. We're looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Home Loan Specialist to support multiple business channels and ensure smooth, accurate processing of home loan activities. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or professionals with foundational experience in financial services.

What You'll Do As a Home Loan Specialist, you'll play a key role in supporting business and customer service objectives by :

Performing routine data entry and validation tasks with accuracy and speed.
Initiating third-party service orders (e.g., title, appraisal, hazard insurance, flood certification, credit checks).
Reviewing and validating loan documents to ensure compliance and completeness.
Responding to routine customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
Monitoring work queues and stepping in to resolve issues as needed.
Supporting additional administrative tasks and projects as assigned.
Upholding company values and contributing to a positive team culture.

What You Bring

Education :

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (new grads welcome), OR Associate's degree with equivalent work experience.

Experience :

13 years in mortgage operations or a related financial services role.

Skills & Knowledge :

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Familiarity with mortgage processes and terminology preferred.

Understanding of relevant Federal, State, and Local regulations.

Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
