Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls from members regarding medical claims, benefits, eligibility, and prior authorization
Handle an average of 40+ calls daily while navigating multiple applications
Resolve customer complaints and strive to meet call center metrics while providing accurate information
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent
2+ years of customer service experience
A dedicated workspace with no distractions
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Bilingual in Spanish & English is highly preferred
