Position Summary

As a Senior Partner, Ad Partner Management , you will report to the Team Lead and use your 5+ years of experience selling digital performance advertising solutions to businesses across categories. Ideal candidates will be able to drive marketing strategy and execute tactics, with exceptional consultative sales, coaching, and client service skills; a willingness to experiment; and a passion for helping others achieve results.

What you’ll do

  • Reach and exceed sales quotas while contributing to overall team goals
  • Manage a high volume of accounts
  • Accurately and effectively manage sales pipeline to prioritize opportunities and resources
  • Develop and broaden high-level collaborative relationships, understand and identify contacts who manage multiple budgets (brand, shopper, DR, video, etc.)
  • Prospect and penetrate organizations to drive alignment influencing both executive and day-to-day contacts
  • Implement a strategy for always-on revenue so the team begins a perpetual revenue stream
  • Collaborate with partners to create learning agendas and help clients measure the impact of Walmart Connect solutions
  • Serve as an industry thought leader in performance advertising to drive client success leveraging Walmart Connect’s product and technology developments
  • Create and deliver consultative sales presentations using industry knowledge, market trends, and Walmart Connect marketing solutions
  • Create and present needs-based solutions and high-quality objective-based opportunities to RFPs

Experience you’ll bring

  • 5+ years experience in digital sales, search / sponsored products, DR performance advertising, full-funnel platform sales, PMP / automation background
  • Strong track record of high-level negotiation and successful internal and external relationship management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, strong attention to detail, and diligent follow-through
  • Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales revenue goals through consultative selling
  • Strong understanding of Walmart consumer behavior and how Walmart helps suppliers, marketers, and consumers
  • Strong analytical and Excel skills; curiosity, persistence, and structured problem-solving
  • Ability to apply operational rigor, methodologies, and use technology to execute, assess, and explain complex brand and performance marketing solutions
  • Experience in a fast-paced startup, sales, and / or online advertising environment is preferred
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Minimum Qualifications

  • Option 1 : Bachelor’s degree in psychology or related area
  • Option 2 : Master’s degree in advertising, marketing, business, or related area
  • Option 3 : 5 years’ experience in brand advertising (TV, video, sponsorship), media sales, customer acquisition and growth, search, mobile, or online sales
  • 5 years’ experience in shopper marketing sales, eCommerce sales, or retail advertising sales
  • 5 years’ experience managing client accounts
  • 5 years’ experience as a strategic advisor working with C-suite clients

    Compensation and Benefits

  • The annual salary range for this position varies by location : Hoboken NJ : $108,000.00-$216,000.00; San Bruno CA : $117,000.00-$234,000.00; Bentonville AR : $90,000.00-$180,000.00
  • Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses
  • Stock may be offered for certain positions
