Small office environment looking for a part- time employee with minimum of 2 years bookkeeping experience.
Essential Functions :
- Accounts receivable, weekly calls / emails for customer collections, and posting of daily cash receipts.
- Accounts payable, posting of vendor invoices & issuing of weekly check run.
- Daily reconciling of bank accounts and monthly reconciling.
- Running of reports to include daily status reports, monthly balance sheet & income statement.
- Prepare and process check runs
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 2 years bookkeeping experience
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong dependability, follow-through, and initiative
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Google Suite
- Proficiency with accounting software such as Quickbooks
