What you will do :
As our Extrusion Team Lead, you will be responsible overseeing the safety and quality in the Extrusion department.
The Job :
- Assist in printing / entering production orders.
- Assist in updating POS's and work instructions.
- Assure proper quality and specs.
- Assist in training new employees.
- Act as a backup to the Extrusion Operators.
- Make sure employees are working safe.
- Keep the shop safe and organized.
- Report potential hazards.
- All other duties as assigned.

Requirements :
- H i g h s ch oo l d i p l o m a or equivalent.
- Minim u m o f 2-3 years Extrusion expe r i e n c e.
- Leadership experience a plus.
- Broad knowledge of sheet and profile extrusion
- S t r o ng mechan i cal a b il i ty or know l e dg e .
- Fork lift certification to be completed after successful hire.
Hours and Location :
- Inpro World Headquarters, Muskego, WI
- 1st shift, Monday-Friday; 10 : 50pm-7 : 00am
