Mail Services Associate onsite in Concord, NC

Concord – North Carolina – United States

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) dedicates real estate to organizational performance. As a CBRE Mail Services Associate, you will manage all aspects of mailroom operations at a Life Sciences / Pharmaceutical site in Concord, NC.

What You'll Do

  • Inspect delivered items with delivery invoices.
  • Approve or reject deliveries based on inspections.
  • Ensure packages arrive same day or advise next day arrival. Bring mail, packages, copy products, and stationery to assigned group or location per daily schedule.
  • Protect all shipped packages against damage.
  • Process shipment requests with customers and advise package owners of arrangements.
  • Apply appropriate postage amounts and required identification to outgoing mail and packages.
  • Stock copy rooms and provide first communication for copier fleet production.
  • Check daily and replenish mail and postage supplies as necessary.
  • Respond via email to inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, or supervisors, and present information to an internal group.
  • Gather and analyze data to identify and solve complex problems; recommend new techniques.
  • Impact your team and other teams whose work is closely related.
  • Suggest improvements to existing processes to enhance team efficiency.

What You'll Need

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent with 3-4 years of job-related experience.
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within your job function.
  • Ability to evaluate and communicate unusual or complex content concisely.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Knowledge of Pac Trac system is a plus.
  • High level of customer service.
