You dig into the development of system requirements, work with other members of the team to ensure requirements are well defined, manage and ensure the technical integrity of the system baseline, develop system architecture and design documentation, assess risk and create alternative system concepts, and coordinate resolutions of actions from the Configuration Control Board.

Requirements (The Boring Stuff) :

• 20 years of experience is required
• BS degree or higher in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline.

Additional equivalent experience may be substituted for a degree.

• Experience providing technical direction for the development, engineering, interfacing, integration and testing of specific components of complex software systems
• Experience working with a team and the client to refine requirements as well as define methods, processes, and evaluation criteria to verify requirements are being met.
• Experience managing risk, reliability, maintainability, vulnerability, survivability, and ensure the interactions between the system, user, and the environment satisfy operational, support, maintenance and disposal needs.
• Experience with Analysis of Alternatives (AoA) including recommendations, technology limitations, environmental impact, and life-cycle costs.
• Clearance : Applicants must be U.S. Citizens possessing an active TS / SCI security clearance with Polygraph.
