Field Installation Technician- General Laborer

Wize Solutions is looking for an Entry-level Pallet Rack Installer. Join a team that has the opportunity to grow with the company.

We specialize in Roll Formed Racking, Structural Racking, Tube Racking, Push-Back Racking, Pallet Flow Racking, and Drive-in Racking.
We provide Racking with some of the largest companies in the United States including Amazon, Costco, and Walmart.
Job Requirements :
- Strong work Ethic
- Must be willing to work hard long hours including overtime and Saturdays (if needed)
- Has to be willing to Travel : This position requires travel in the surrounding areas and if needed out of state
- When travel is required out of the Oregon area we will pay for travel time, hotel, and a per diem
- Self-motivated and able to work as a team
- Reliable transportation and divers license
- Willing to learn and be trained on-site
- Ability to work in a Construction environment
- Must be reliable, dependable, trainable, and coachable
- If you choose to get your OSHA 10 certification on your own time or you already have one and present certification you receive an immediate $0.
50 increase in hourly pay (Not Required)
Experience :
- Entry - Level
- Rack Installation Experience (not required)
- Construction Experience
Schedule :
- Monday - Friday 10-12 hour shifts (Shifts usually start between 6 AM and 7 AM)
- Saturday (if needed) 8-10 hour shifts
- A lot of Overtime pay
