We're looking for a reliable, friendly, and detail-oriented Medical Receptionist to join our team in one of our NYC offices (Midtown, Downtown, or Upper East Side).
In this role, you will :
- Be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
- Schedule appointments, answer phones, explain benefits and handle administrative tasks.
- Maintain patient charts and medical records using our practice management software.
- Work collaboratively with our team of experienced podiatrists and medical professionals.
You're a great fit if you have :
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a medical receptionist role.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and medical office software (a plus).
- A high school diploma and an Associate's degree (preferred).
- Are reliable, professional, courteous, and patient.
