Schedule : 8 : 00am - 4 : 30pm, Monday - Friday

Pay : $18 / hr.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage order fulfillment, inventory management, and shipment coordination.
• Complete shipping documentation for domestic and foreign orders.
• Perform national security requirements and end-use screening by verifying the ultimate destination and specific products.
• Support promise dates and intercompany ship dates for process efficiency and ERP alignment.
• Assist with ERP inventory adjustments and PT study transitions to QC products, including COA creation.
• Participate in projects and vendor training to enhance system and product knowledge.
• Process credit card orders and provide backup to the shipping department.
• Maintain electronic logs of packages and perform other assigned duties.

Qualifications : Two years of related experience.
