Schedule : 8 : 00am - 4 : 30pm, Monday - Friday
Pay : $18 / hr.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage order fulfillment, inventory management, and shipment coordination.
- Complete shipping documentation for domestic and foreign orders.
- Perform national security requirements and end-use screening by verifying the ultimate destination and specific products.
- Support promise dates and intercompany ship dates for process efficiency and ERP alignment.
- Assist with ERP inventory adjustments and PT study transitions to QC products, including COA creation.
- Participate in projects and vendor training to enhance system and product knowledge.
- Process credit card orders and provide backup to the shipping department.
- Maintain electronic logs of packages and perform other assigned duties.
Qualifications : Two years of related experience.
