Position Overview : As a Travel Agent you will be responsible for planning and booking travel arrangements for clients, including flights, accommodations, car rentals, and activities.
You will use your knowledge of destinations, travel trends, and client preferences to create customized travel itineraries and ensure a seamless travel experience.
Key Responsibilities : Consult with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences. Research and recommend travel destinations, accommodations, and activities.
Book flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel services. Provide clients with accurate and timely information on travel documents, visa requirements, and travel insurance.
Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications efficiently. Stay updated on travel trends, industry news, and destination information.
Resolve any issues or concerns that arise before, during, or after travel. Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Qualifications : Previous experience in travel planning or a related field is a plus. Strong knowledge of travel destinations, airlines, and travel regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
