This position will consist of coverage at the following 2 Family Medicine locations : - Barrington Health Center located at 8 Century Pines Drive, Suite 2, Barrington, NH 03825 - Durham Health Center 36 Madbury Road, Durham, NH 03824 This position is expected to cover 3 days in our Durham, NH location and 2 days in our Barrington, NH location.

The ideal schedule is Monday-Friday, between operating hours of 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm, but the hiring team is flexible to be able to accommodate a schedule of 4, 10-hour shifts instead.

In both of these Family Medicine offices, we provide outstanding primary care and preventative health care to patients of all ages, from newborns to seniors.

Are you ready to bring your talent to these teams and join us in moving health care forward? Role Overview The responsibilities of this role will consist of primarily phone triage but also has some patient facing hands-on aspects as well.

The RN will handle patient interactions via telephone, provide advice in accordance with clinical protocols, and coordinate proper disposition.

Calls are related to patient concerns and education, appointments, pre and post procedures, inpatient admissions, prescription refills, and test results.

We do our best to keep all employees in their assigned practices and locations; however, you may also be asked to float to other departments in the WHP system when appropriate and needed during times of staffing shortages / other extenuating circumstances for cross-coverage purposes and to ensure adequate coverage and support.

The ideal candidate profile is an experienced, adaptable RN who is confident in their clinical abilities and genuinely enjoys variety.

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required. - Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in NH required. - BLS required prior to hire.
  • Minimum of 1 year of RN experience, preferably in a community-based ambulatory setting preferred.
