Job Description
Eurofins Environment Testing is looking for a Supply Coordinator in our Arvada laboratory to manage and coordinate building and consumable supplies.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Places all orders on behalf of all departments
- Maintains inventory, verifies stock, ensures stock availability
- Communicates with vendors and with our internal division, the NSC, as needed
- Communicates and coordintates building maintenance with contrctors that provide cleaning and maintenance services.
- Helps organize events for employees such as Christmas celebrations, pot lucks, monthly pizza day, etc.
Qualifications
- B.A (no particular major required)
- 6 months administrative assistance and purchasing experience.
- Customer service ability
- Bilingual (English Spanish)
- Knowledge of Microsoft office
- Good verbal and written communication skills
Additional Information
Compensation range : $20 - $27 per hour depending on qualifications and experience.
Position is full-time. Must be able to work Monday - Friday, 8am -5pm plus overtime as needed.
