Machine Operator

Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our team. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating equipment, maintaining quality control, and ensuring the smooth operation of our production process.

The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, the ability to understand and follow instructions, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Job Specifications :

• Job Type : Full-time
• Location : Appleton, WI
• Pay Rate : $18 / Hour
• Shift : Monday Friday, 4 : 00PM to 4 : 00AM

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Operate equipment following established procedures and guidelines (training provided)
• Maintain quality control standards to ensure products meet company specifications (if applicable)
• Stack cases on pallets and shrink wrap them for shipment
• Track and fill out necessary paperwork accurately
• Count and perform basic math calculations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division)
• Read thermometers if applicable
• Understand and operate scaling equipment with proper training
• Lift and move objects weighing 10-50 pounds repeatedly
• Stand and walk throughout some of the production shift, with occasional sitting
• Maintain proper GMP's (Good Manufacturing Practices) and ensure a clean and organized work area
• Perform any other tasks as needed or assigned

Qualifications & Skills :

• Ability to understand and communicate in English
• Proficient in reading and writing English
• Detail-oriented with strong attention to accuracy
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Basic math skills for counting and calculations
• Physical stamina to lift and move objects repeatedly
• Ability to operate machinery with proper training
• Familiarity with quality control standards is a plus
