Sr Software Engineer 3 - SDA
Scottsdale, AZ
Contract Position
This position is supporting the next generation in developing mission critical systems for our national defense. You would be a part of creating the most effective and state of the art technologies for Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance supporting the Army, Navy, Air Force, Special Forces, and other Federal Government agencies working with our military.

Responsibilities :
Develop and deploy the state-of-the-art ground operational system.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field. Also requires 2+ years of job-related experience or a Master's degree.
- Ability to Obtain Secret Clearance
- Ability to lead the software development process
- Expertise in applying technical standards and methodologies to solve challenges in creative ways
- Collaborative team player eager to provide technical leadership and positioning others for success
- Thorough knowledge of technology trends and willingness to champion new ideas and process improvements
- Commitment to ongoing professional development for yourself and others
- DevSecOps experience with some of the following platform / tools : AWSGitLabKubernetesDockerJenkinsAnsibleTerraform
- CI / CD pipeline development
- Test automation
- Missile Warning / Missile Tracking system integration, test, operations experience
- Familiar with Agile philosophies and processes
- Preferred Skills : Satellite communications knowledgeGround to Satellite communication knowledgeGround operations experience
