Hospice Registered Nurse - Week Night On Call
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated registered nurse to join our team as an After-hours Hospice RN Weeknights Mon-Thurs.
This role involves providing care and support to patients and families during weeknight shifts, with a focus on creating meaningful experiences for those we serve.
As an integral part of our hospice care team, you will advocate for patients and ensure they receive the highest quality of care.

Qualifications :
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Current state license as a registered nurse
- 2+ years of nursing experience in a clinical care setting
- Experience in hospice care preferred
- Reliable transportation and ability to lift at least 25 lbs
