Pay : $18.67 per hour plus tips (Average of $47 per hour)

Role Overview :

As the Bartender of Chotto Matte, you will ensure our guests have an exceptional and memorable Chotto experience. Your ability to provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude will be critical to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities :

Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any issues or requests.

Memorize all beverage recipes and notes, ensuring the ability to advise and recommend to guests.

Process payments and handle cash and card transactions.

Maintain a demeanor of professionalism and excellence in service delivery.

Assist with service of special events and private dining experiences.

Collaborate closely with other departments to optimize operational efficiency.

Champion health, sanitation, and food safety protocols at all times.

Proactively identify and address potential hazards.

Maintain impeccable personal hygiene, adhere to uniform standards, and exemplify conduct expectations.

Embrace ongoing learning and development opportunities to enhance skills and contribute to departmental goals.

Physical Demands :

Reach and grasp. Push and pull objects.

Repetitive arm movements.

Ability to move with agility, stand for extended periods, and bend as necessary.

Occasional lifting and / or moving of items up to 50 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications :

Excellent command of English language (Written and spoken).

Previous experience as a Bartender in a high-end restaurant is preferred.

Expertise in spirits, wine, and sake.

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

A naturally friendly and positive demeanor coupled with solid communication skills.

Self-motivated with a dedication to personal and professional growth.

Ability to handle difficult situations successfully.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
