Your day to day as a RN Supervisor on 3rd shift
As an RN Supervisor on the 3rd shift at The Sharon at SouthPark, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and delivery of high-quality care to our residents.
You will be responsible for effectively leading and managing a team of dedicated nurses, overseeing their assignments and providing guidance and support as needed.
Your exceptional organizational skills will be put to use as you coordinate resident care, assess and address any resident concerns or issues, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create comprehensive care plans.
In this role, you will also be responsible for maintaining accurate documentation, conducting regular rounds to check on residents, and ensuring that all nursing policies and procedures are followed.
You will be a valuable resource for the nursing staff, providing training and mentorship to help them excel in their roles.

What you need to be successful
To be successful as an RN Supervisor on the 3rd shift at The Sharon at SouthPark, you will need a diverse set of skills and qualifications.
First and foremost, you must have a valid RN license and a strong background in nursing. At least two years in a supervisory or leadership role is desirable with at least 1 year in LTC, as you will be responsible for managing a team of nurses and CNA's.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will be interacting with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals on a daily basis.
You must be able to effectively delegate tasks, provide clear instructions, and offer guidance and support to your team.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities are crucial in this role. You will need to be able to assess situations quickly, make sound decisions, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with Point Click Care is preferred.
