About The Position
Weekly Pay Range - $2716 To $3017 Job Title : Nuclear Medicine Technologist Job Specialty : Radiology / Cardiology - Nuclear Medicine Tech Job Duration : 13 weeks Shift : Day 5x8-Hour (08 : 00 - 16 : 30) Guaranteed Hours : Not specified Experience : Preference for experience in both PET / CT and General Nuclear Medicine License : State License Certifications : BLS, ARRT, NMTCB Must-Have : - Experience with PET, Cardiac, Brain Scan, Tumor Localization- Work setting experience in outpatient and inpatient environments- General skills required in IV starts and PACS Job Description : 8-hour day shifts with no on-call requirement- Daily caseload includes 33 PET / CT Scans, a combination of Whole Body FDG PET / CT, Brain PET imaging, limited Cardiac PET, and Neuroendocrine Imaging- Utilize 2 PET / CT scanners, with the majority of cases for oncologic diagnosis- Scrubs preferred in grey;
scrubs are not provided- The work setting requires travel compliance and fingerprinting processes to be completed urgently- Medical exemptions are accepted for the mandatory flu vaccine- Local applicants within a 60-mile radius are accepted at the same rate- Orientation includes 24 hours of mandatory trainingPlease ensure compliance with all credentialing requirements and timely completion of any necessary documentation.
