We are looking for a friendly, professional, and hardworking Dental Receptionist to work at our general dental practice in West Jordan.
We are a fun office with growth in mind. Our mission is to exceed expectations and restore smiles with comfort and care.

The schedule for this position is Monday 7 : 40 am-1 pm and Tuesday-Thursday 7 : 40 am-5 pm.
Job responsibilities include :
Checking patients in and out
Scheduling and confirming appointments
Entering new patient information
Submitting insurance claims
Taking payments in-person and over the phone
Sending recall reminders and other patient correspondence
Answering phone calls in a professional and timely manner
Cross training to help out in the back office by setting up / taking down rooms, sterilization / cleaning, seating and preparing patients for treatment, and some dental assisting as needed.
Communication skills are essential and knowledge of Eaglesoft is preferred. Pay is based on experience, and raises are based on growth and your ability to perform designated tasks. Come grow with us!
