Employee Testimonial Essential Functions Completes client service requests and make readies during normal business hours and ensures maintenance is available for emergency purposes after hours Maintains an awareness of the condition of physical property throughout the community and immediately corrects unsafe conditions Maintains accurate records regarding preventive maintenance, service requests, expenditures, apartment make-ready status, work in progress, etc.
Schedules and performs minor and routine maintenance of all appropriate equipment on a regular basis Maintains adequate inventory of spare parts and maintenance materials to handle most common repairs and situations Performs any additional duties or tasks as assigned by the Assistant Manager, Property Manager or the Regional Portfolio Director Must be able to apply principles of logical thinking to a variety of practical situations and accurately follow standardized procedures that may occasionally involve minor deviations.
