And we’re on the hunt for a new Contract Business Analyst . 12-month Contract assignment, hybrid onsite 3 days a week in Vancouver, WA.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE CHANGE HAPPEN?
Leading Business Analysis efforts for a variety of Projects in an IT setting.
YOU WILL :
Lead business analysis efforts on small to medium projects.
configure / setup new servers (specifically Active Directory)
Identify and document project requirements through various methods, including interviews, workshops, surveys, document analysis, etc.
Manage, validate and prioritize business requirements.
Identify and document existing processes and use cases.
Design future-state processes and obtain necessary approvals.
Document functional and technical specifications and obtain necessary approvals.
Conduct analyses to define alternative approaches to satisfy requirements.
May participate in other duties such as documenting test plans, scripts, and conducting system testing and assist in user acceptance test planning and testing.
May work on multiple projects.
IDEALLY, WE’D LIKE :
5+ years of experience in business analysis, 10+ total years of experience
Understanding of requirements development and management, business process documentation and design
Demonstrated ability to build trust with management, project teams, and stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or related field preferred or an equivalent of education and experience
