Sign-On Bonus : $1,000!
Key Benefits :
- Schedule : Out 12 days, home for 2 full days (48 hours) every other weekend.
- Routes : OTR across all 48 states; primarily East of I-35.
- Miles : Average 2000-2200 miles per week, determined by HOS and availability.
- Freight : ALL no-touch; 50-60% drop & hook; 40-50% live unload.
- Dispatch : No forced dispatch into NYC or its boroughs.
Truck Fleet :
- 2021 or newer Cascadia Freightliners or KWs.
- Average haul length : Over 600 miles.
- 24 / 7 operations specialist support.
Compensation Details :
- Detention Pay : $12.50 / hour after 2 hours.
- Layover / Breakdown Pay : $100 / day.
- Mileage Bonus : 3 CPM based on Safety, Mileage, & Productivity (eligible the month after hire).
- SOB Payment : $500 after first load, $500 at 30 days.
