A company is looking for a Remote Certified Medical Assistant - Enrollment Specialist to assist patients in enrolling in Chronic Care Management and Remote Patient Monitoring programs.
Key Responsibilities : Initiate contact with potential CCM and RPM patients and conduct eligibility assessmentsEducate patients and families on the benefits of CCM and RPM programsAssist patients with the enrollment process and maintain accurate recordsQualifications : National Certification in Medical AssistingBasic knowledge of chronic health conditions and their managementComfortable using technology for documentation and communicationAbility to work independently and as part of a teamSales or customer service experience is a plus but not required
