Position Description :
Manage financials for a large global Marketing & Sales IT portfolio supporting ford.com and eCommerce. Responsibilities include : - Work with Product Teams to underspend current and future spend - Work with suppliers, business office, and purchasing teams to create Statements of Work, Purchase Orders, and manage invoices - Manage financial forecasts - Ensure financial data and headcount information is accurately maintained in multiple systems (Apptio, Ariba, Rally, various Excel spreadsheets) - Provide financial reports on spend and forecast - Respond to ad-hoc requests for financial information and other financial assignments
Skills Required :
Excel (comfortable with advanced formulas, pivot tables) - Excellent communication skills to communicate with diverse audiences - Attention to details and accurate numbers
Skills Preferred :
Excel macro programming - Apptio (or similar) - Ariba (or similar) - Rally (or similar)
Experience Required :
3+ years managing financials for a large portfolio
Experience Preferred :
Experience working across multiple teams - Experience working with global teams
