Hourly pay is based on experience and / or licensure. SPIFs and incentives are based on your knowledge, efficiency, and drive.

What Does It Take? :

Experience in a Boiler focused Plumbing role doing the following :

• Starts-up, Services & Troubleshoots Equipment
• Works on Boilers, Indirect Water Heaters Hydronic Radiant Floor Heating, Condensing vs. non-condensing, Sealed Combustion vs.

Non-Sealed Combustion, and Upright and Baseboard Radiators

• Is accountable for startup & warranty of boilers, burners, and associated equipment to end-users.
• Runs plumbing service calls as needed
• Ability to pass prescreening requirements : Clear 9-panel drug test, background check, and a clean motor vehicle report for the past three years

Please arrive at 24565 Hallwood Ct Farmington Hills, 48335. This building is the first building you will see with the Thornton and Grooms trucks.

We do have two buildings.

Parking : Please park in one of our two building lots only. We have signs indicating where the addition parking is along the tree line faces away from Halsted (behind the skating rink), where our trucks are.

If you are unsure, please ask one of our staff members when you enter the building and they will guide you on where to park.

Plan to be here around 1 hour, we will give an overview of the company, a tour, and an on-site interview.
