Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with design leadership to create strategic project plans for complex projects based on business needsExecute design programs, ensuring the team meets deadlines and tracking progress against milestonesManage risks and provide regular updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency throughout the program lifecycleRequired Qualifications5-7 years of product design program management experience or equivalentProficient in JIRA;
experience with other project management software is a plusSCRUM, Agile, or PMP certificationsDemonstrated proficiency in design program management across multiple product surfacesExperience in managing cross-functional teams and initiatives
