Responsibilities :
The Data Analyst will :
- Manage active data collection across the organization
- Work with each department to document and share performance data in a timely fashion for quarterly submissions to our organization-wide dashboard"
- Improve organizational dashboard to be more automated and interactive (exploring tools, including Tableau, which are cost effective and less manual)
- Assess data collection needs and develop tailored responses
- Partner across the Office of the Executive Vice President, including with the Strategic Initiatives team, to collaborate on the development of strategic communications materials including data visualizations and annual reports
- Assess internally available data and use it to build, maintain, and update maps
- Assist with the design and delivery of organization-wide training on data and results using a Results Count model
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, with coursework in data analysis, research methodology, or related subjects
- 2+ years of experience in data collection, data management, quantitative and qualitative analysis, and creation of analytical products
- Expert level user of Microsoft Excel
- Experience with database software and SPSS (or comparable) analytic software strongly preferred
- Strong competency with basic software applications (Microsoft Office Suite) required

- Strong verbal, written, data visualization and presentation skills
- Strong team player who can collaborate and develop trusting relationships with diverse groups of people, including internal staff and external partners
