Crooked Pint Ale House MN FOH / Dining Room Manager

The Crooked Pint Ale House is opening a new location in Savage, MN and is now accepting applications for a full-time Front of House Manager.

This position will involve floor shifts, training new employees, scheduling and wide array of responsibilities.

Crooked Pint is a fun environment with award-winning lucy’s (stuffed burgers), classic pub-style food, an awesome tap beer selection and plenty of TVs to watch the game.

You’ll bring :

• 1-2 years full service restaurant management experience
• Experience in scheduling and labor control
• Strong ability to hire, train, and develop staff
• Great customer service skills
• Ability to take initiative and lead the team
• Strong organizational and problem solving skills
• Flexibility to work nights and weekends and some holidays
• ServSafe Certification is a plus
