- Great customer service and communication skills, building rapport with customers

Day to Day :
We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to work for a leader in the financial industry. This person will be responsible for making 50-60 inbound client calls each day.
The responsibilities will also include scheduling adherences, breaks, and lunches for clients. They will also help find solutions for any complex problems that these Hight Net Worth clients with 250K+ assets are dealing with.
Overall, they will be creating high customer loyalty and provide great customer support!
- They need to do 50+ inbound phone call to clients
- Structured / Repetitive environment
- Consistently deliver efficient, high-quality, and comprehensive service to clients with $250k + assets
- Take ownership in the resolution of simple problems and triage complex situations
- Accurately perform client assistance with managed accounts and other complex trades
Compensation :
$57,000 / yr to $73,000 / yr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and / or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
