What would you do as a Clinic LPN / CMA / CNA

As a Medical Assistant at Guttenberg Municipal Hospital & Clinics, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional patient experience by greeting and registering patients upon their arrival at the clinic. Your responsibilities will include operating the switchboard, managing appointment scheduling, and collecting payments at the time of service, ensuring efficient communication within the department. You will also prepare patients for their appointments by documenting vital signs, chief complaints, and medication reviews in the electronic health record. Requirements for this Clinic LPN / CMA / CNA job

To excel as a Medical Assistant at Guttenberg Municipal Hospital & Clinics, you will need to possess a range of essential skills and qualifications. Completion of an approved Medical Assistant Program or Nurse Aide Program, or equivalent work experience, is required to ensure you have a solid foundation in clinical practices. Basic Life Saving Certification is crucial for patient safety. A comprehensive understanding of clinic operations will enhance your ability to support the team effectively. Excellent customer service skills are vital, as you will be the first point of contact for patients.
