Position : Certified Surgical Technologist (CST)
Location : St. Louis Park, MN
Start Date : 2 weeks from offer
Shift : 8-hour rotating shifts (Day / Night) - 32 hours per week
Weekend Rotation : As needed
On-call Requirements : Neuro call as needed
Holidays Requirements : As needed
Floating Requirements : As needed within the OR
Job Description :
We are seeking a highly experienced Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) for a 13-week contract in St. Louis Park, MN . The ideal candidate will have over 2 years of recent experience, specializing in Neuro and Ortho surgeries (both totals and ortho trauma) with the ability to float as needed.
Candidates should be comfortable with Neuro-specific procedures and must be willing to train new staff as necessary. Expertise with Epic, Davinci, Genuro skillsets, urology, and peripheral vascular is essential.
Requirements :
- Active NBSTSA or NCCT certification required at submission
- BLS certification required at submission
- 2+ years of recent experience in Neuro and Ortho
- Ability to take neuro call as needed
- Experience with Epic and Neuro-specific procedures
- Ability to float to Genuro and Ortho as needed
