JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS :
The Penn State College of Medicine, Department of Public Health Sciences, in Hershey, PA, is seeking a Post-Doctoral Scholar.
The Penn State Tobacco Center of Regulatory Science is accepting applications for a postdoctoral scholar to be a TCORS scholar to support projects funded by the NIH / FDA and led by Dr.
Joshua Muscat. The scholar's primary responsibilities will be to conduct statistical analysis of The Population Assessment of Tobacco and Health (PATH) Study and to assist with experimental clinical trials investigating subjective experiences, use behaviors and toxicant exposure from little cigars.
Successful applicants should have a doctoral degree in public health, psychology, or a related field and experience in clinical research.
Prior experience in tobacco and analysis of PATH data, while encouraged, is not required. The TCORS scholar will be located at the Penn State College of Medicine in Hershey, Pennsylvania.
The position comes with a competitive salary, funds for conference travel, and opportunities for collaboration and training at NIH / FDA-funded TCORS across the United States.
