Job Details :
Pay : $ 2480 per week
Travel : Speech Language Pathologist
Position Open : 1
Duration : 13 weeks
Shift : 8-9 to 4 : 30-5 : 30
Weekly Guaranteed Hours : 40
Facility Setting? Long term acute care hospital
Will position be required to float to other units? Yes (travel time 20-25 mins between the buildings)
Number of beds in your facility? 40
EMR for your facility : Protouch and Casamba smart
Scrub colors / dress code : Navy Blue scrub
Requirements :
Active Unrestricted IN License
BLS certification - required
Preferred experience level? At least 1 year of experience
Must be able to provide 1 supervisory reference
