Executive Center Director
Location : Mount Pleasant, SC
Employment Type : Full-time, Onsite
Pay Range : $68,000 $72,000 (based on experience)

The Learning Experience in Mt Pleasant is a fast-growing early education center dedicated to delivering high-quality care and learning experiences. We are seeking a dynamic Executive Center Director to lead operational execution, staff development, and growth at our site.
What You'll Do
- Oversee all day-to-day operations of the center : schedules, staffing, compliance, safety, and enrollment
- Manage budgets, P&L, and resource allocation
- Recruit, train, mentor, and coach teachers and staff
- Ensure curriculum implementation with fidelity, conduct observations, and support instructional improvements
- Maintain licensing, regulatory compliance, health & safety standards
- Lead parent engagement, tours, community outreach
- Collaborate with regional leadership on marketing, expansion, and strategic initiatives
