Overview :
A Fitness Instructor is responsible for creating and implementing workout programs to improve the health and fitness levels of individuals and groups.
The instructor guides participants through exercises, offers advice on proper techniques, and motivates them to reach their fitness goals.
Qualifications :
Certification from a recognized fitness organization (e.g., ACE, NASM, ACSM).
CPR and First Aid certified.
Strong knowledge of fitness principles, anatomy, and safe exercise techniques.
Experience in personal training or group fitness instruction.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for health and fitness, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
Compensation Range :
The compensation for this position is $18.00 / Hr. - $20.00 / Hr. based on qualifications and experience.
