Overview of the role : The Operations Associate position requires an experienced professional to manage, improve, and build the operational infrastructure supporting investment management strategy and business decisions.

The successful candidate will implement and manage processes, policies, tools, and technologies to automate repetitive operational tasks and improve productivity.

This role involves leading efforts to improve cross-team cohesion around tracking, reporting, and ongoing data management.

Key responsibilities :

Improving business processes to streamline operations and enhance productivity.

Analyzing markets and managing Pitchbook accounts.

Leading small, medium, and large projects around business processes.

Acting as an extension of the leadership team on internal projects.

Collaborating with the investment team to drive deal sourcing.

Requirements :

Experience : Previous experience in operations support within a VC or startup environment.

Process Management : Experience defining, refining, and implementing business processes, procedures, and policies.

Business Knowledge : Knowledge of business operations and project management.

Technical Skills : Strong skills in Google Sheets / Excel.

Communication : Excellent communication skills.

Initiative : Ability to be proactive, take initiative, and practice self-regulation.

Organization : Strong project planning and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize workload.

Language Skills : Advanced English proficiency.
