- Assist customers with membership applications and renewals.

- Address customer inquiries and resolve any membership issues.
- Maintain accurate membership records and documentation.
- Promote and upsell membership upgrades and services.
- Collaborate with team members to meet membership targets.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous customer service or sales experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Basic computer skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
