WHAT YOU WILL DO

The Technology Sales Coordinator plays a vital role in facilitating efficient daily operations and providing exceptional support to the sales, service, rentals, and product support teams. This position is responsible for managing incoming communications, directly assisting retail customers, preparing equipment for deployment, generating sales and rental documentation, supporting warehouse and retail stocking activities, and ensuring a smooth overall customer experience within our technology-focused construction equipment and solutions business. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, detail-oriented individual with strong communication and organizational skills, capable of multitasking and contributing to a positive and efficient work environment. The Technology Sales Coordinator will report to the General Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Customer Communication and Service :
• Professionally answer and direct incoming phone and in-person inquiries for sales, service, rentals, and product support, ensuring efficient routing and follow-up.
• Provide direct assistance to in-store retail customers purchasing supplies, equipment, and survey / construction instruments (including construction laser levels and optical tools), offering product knowledge and processing transactions.
