Digital Project Manager (Charlotte, NC (Hybrid) or Remote)

How you’ll contribute :
As a Digital Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the delivery of web site experience, working cohesively with cross-functional teams.
The individual will be responsible for managing efficient and effective delivery of digital assets and site enhancements, including product launches, technology improvements, servicing experiences, digital tools, webpage updates, and digital redesigns.
The Digital Project Manager ensures operational efficiency through managing processes and team capacity, while fostering relationships with stakeholders and business partners.
In this role, you’ll get to :
- Facilitate development of project plans, objectives, timelines and business requirements for projects and initiatives.
- Perform day-to-day management of projects from concept through implementation and deployment.
- Maintain and monitor progress and team capacity, ensuring accountability, collaboration and continuous alignment across the team and business partners.
- Create, manage, and track project documentation such as detailed project plans, resourcing roadmaps, status reports, risks / issues, etc.
- Ensure continued alignment to project prioritization and scope within team roadmap and organizational priorities.
- Manage multiple projects and deliverables at once, working with multiple partners and championing process.
- Provide regular written and verbal communication to various audiences throughout the lifecycle of the project.
- Increase organizational efficiency by streamlining and standardizing processes-identifying. inefficiencies, improving pain-points, establishing / maintaining rituals and ensuring consistency of intakes, internal processes, and meetings.
- Proactively collaborate to anticipate and identify roadblocks / scope-changes, analyzing risk and driving solutions of future issues.
- Display ability to embrace ambiguity, helping find a path forward for new initiatives.
- Perform Additional duties as requested.
We’re looking for people who have :
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, business management, design, or other related field of expertise is preferred.
- 5+ years in project management, user experience, design operations, digital marketing, or related field a plus.
- Experience managing projects, can motivate those around them, seeks to solve problems, is an excellent communicator and is extremely well organized.
- Strategic planning and organizational skills.
- Proven analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Builds a culture of responsibility, ownership, autonomy & recognition.
- Confidence to improve processes, solve problems, give feedback, and be a hand raiser.
- Previous experience with WorkFront, Rally or similar project management tools a plus.
- Familiarity with web development process and systems, prototyping, user experience and visual design is a plus.

- Compensation Base salary ranging from $75,000.00 to $90,000.00 plus competitive performance-based incentives determined by company and individual results.
