Summary : This position is for an experienced Oracle ERP Project Manager to lead a multi-phased implementation of Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP Finance modules, based in Atlanta.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Oracle ERP, particularly in finance and SCM, and a strong background in project management.
Responsibilities include overseeing implementation, customization, and post-production support, with a focus on ensuring the system meets organizational financial goals.

Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage large-scale Oracle ERP Finance module implementations.
- Oversee the customization, configuration, and alignment with financial processes.
- Coordinate with finance, IT, and external teams to ensure successful collaboration.
- Develop and manage project plans, ensuring timely delivery from conception to execution.
- Monitor performance, ensure quality assurance, and address issues post-implementation.
- Manage change processes and provide training and ongoing support to end-users.
Skills / Qualifications :
- 10 15 years of experience with Oracle ERP, including 5+ years in Oracle Fusion ERP implementation (Finance and SCM focus).
- Strong project management experience using Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
- Deep knowledge of financial processes and Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP Finance module functionalities.
- Proven ability to manage large, complex projects and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with experience in tools like Microsoft Project, Jira, or ALM.
