Position Summary :
As a Front Desk Hotel Associate, you will be the friendly face that greets our guests upon arrival. Your role is essential in ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience for all visitors.
Here are the key responsibilities :
- Guest Check-In and Check-Out : Efficiently handle guest arrivals and departures, ensuring accurate registration and payment processing.
- Reservations Management : Assist guests with room reservations, changes, and cancellations.
- Customer Service : Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and answer guest inquiries.
- Room Assignments : Allocate rooms based on availability and guest preferences.
- Payment Processing : Verify credit card information and process payments.
- Problem Resolution : Address guest concerns promptly and professionally.
- Communication : Relay messages, handle phone calls, and assist with wake-up calls.
- Safety and Security : Follow protocols for guest safety and emergency situations.
